More than anything we want you happy with your purchase! If something doesn’t look or feel right, please email us at support@crtn.me and we’ll make it right!

Please be advised that because of the nature of our custom products, we cannot do refunds. However, we’ll work with you to make the situation right, even if that means sending you a brand new product.


After purchase, we give our customers a 3 hour window to be able to cancel their order. Anything after will require a 30% restocking fee.

We start working on your order as soon as we can! A 30% restocking fee will go toward the time put into starting order fulfillment. 

On some occasions, We'll able to fully refund the order beyond 3 hours.

However, If a product has been printed already, A refund will not be permitted
We will send your product to printing only after your approval.


Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees.
The fee may vary depending on order value, country limits, etc.
CRTN.ME does not cover any customs or duty fees that subject to International Orders.
Customs may hold your CRTN.ME  package for various reasons, communication with them is advised.
