Throughout the entire process my artist (Steph) was super nice and quick to respond. I was able to get my gift (pillow) on time, and my best friend loved it! I got the express mail to avoid duty tax to have it come to Canada and there were no issues with shipping!! WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!
